For the fourth consecutive year, Pokémon is gearing up to release its annual “Trick or Trade BOOster Bundle.” Although official product images haven’t surfaced yet, early details hint at something new for 2025.
In previous years, these Halloween-themed sets have exclusively featured reprints. However, the latest product description suggests we may be in for a treat — possibly the first-ever exclusive cards designed just for this spooky release.
According to the description, fans can “discover cards created especially for this edition, featuring Ghost-type Pokémon, Zubat, a pumpkin-themed Pikachu, and other frightfully fun surprises.”

Distributor listings reveal that, just like last year, the upcoming bundle will include 35 mini booster packs, priced at $14.99. Each mini pack will contain three Pokémon cards, with one guaranteed holo inside. In 2024, the holo cards were printed on cosmos-style holofoil paper, and it’s expected this year’s release will follow a similar pattern.

If this year’s release follows the same pattern as previous editions, the “Trick or Trade” BOOster Bundle should launch later this month on PokemonCenter.com, with availability at major retailers soon after. Stay tuned for updates as more details are revealed!
